Eligibility for Returns

If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos for documentation. We will prioritize your replacement or refund.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@geraldineo.store with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason.
2. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated courier location.

Return Shipping Costs

• We cover all return shipping costs for items returned within the 30-day window.
• For items returned outside the eligible period or without prior authorization, shipping fees may apply and the return may be refused.

Refund Timeframe
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please specify this in your return request. We will ship the replacement once we receive the original item.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
• Items not in their original condition or returned beyond 30 days
