Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
This includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handing off to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Area

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), APO/FPO military addresses, or international locations at this time.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

  • 3 to 5 business days via standard shipping
  • Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and the carrier’s operational capacity

We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all domestic orders (no minimum required)
  • Expedited Shipping: May be offered during checkout at an additional cost (when available)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier picks up the package.


Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, or if it goes unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Delays:

We strive to ship promptly, but unexpected delays (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruption, holiday traffic) may occur. We appreciate your understanding and will assist in tracking any delayed packages.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.


Order Changes & Cancellations

To make changes to your order or update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
